We went with Guerlain Chicherit, Xavier Bertoni, Adrien Coirier, Enak Gavaggio, Sylvain Mailler and Bouli from PVS Company on a ski trip to Kamchatka, the huge Russian Peninsula above Japan. A shock of culture, mind blowing virgin nature and volcanoes and an extraordinary journey.
At the end of october, CoreUPT.com riders and staff were reunited for a team building in Tignes – Getting all together at the start of the season. Photography wise it was portraits time and warm up jumps up the Glacier…

To celebrate the realease of a “never seen before” ski model, called “Big Balls”, CoreUPT contacted Franck Bouroullec, artist and “speed painter”. The idea was to transform one of the Big Balls prototype in an artwork, in the amazing scene of Refuge des Cosmiques, at a 3613 m altitud on the Mont Blanc side.
Franck Bourroullec painted the faces of the CoreUPT riders and the result is just incredible.Painted skis will now be sold during an auction and the money collected will be refunded to Mountains riders to finance a massive Mont Blanc cleaning operation.
